Milu M Dominic from Continental Bengaluru, has around 13 years of experience in Automotive industry. She has worked with Automotive systems like Powertrain, Climate, Body, Gateway throughout the SDLC. Her passion and eagerness to work in different areas of automotive has never stopped her from embracing changes and challenges en route. She started her career as a HILS test engineer, then into feature-base software development and currently working as a Product Owner for High speed communications in Continental. Being a Technology Leader she has led multiple teams and delivered multiple projects during her official tenure. She believes in fostering a growth mindset and in being a positive impact to the world around.
Abhijit Thorat
Senior Consultant, Volkswagen Group Technology Solutions India
Abhijit has done his Bachelor of Engineering in Computers in 2010 from Pune university and currently pursing his Masters in Engineering. He is a software professional with 13 years of proven skill-sets across application Architecture, Design, Development, Testing & CI/CD of software projects using Java/J2EE, Python, MEAN and microservices with Enterprise Application development.
He is a technology consultant working with business stakeholders to bring new ideas to life through MVP approach.

Technical Expert, Bosch Global Software Technologies Pvt Ltd
Ravi has over 18 years of expertise in Automotive Software Testing. Currently serving as a Technical Expert at Bosch, a renowned global supplier of technology and services. His specialization lies in Software and Systems Testing for Brake Systems, where he has amassed extensive experience collaborating with numerous Automotive OEMs on a global scale. Currently, Ravi holds the position of Verification and Validation Strategist at Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited (BGSW), where he continues to drive strategies in V&V area.

Damodaran Subramanian
CEO and Director on board, ChipEdge & Celton Semiconductors
Damodaran Subramanian is an accomplished CEO with extensive experience in the automotive and aerospace sectors and cutting-edge technologies. He specialises in business process re-engineering, mergers and acquisitions, global partnerships, and strategic leadership. Currently, he serves as the CEO of ChipEdge Technologies and Celton Semiconductors, both leaders in VLSI skilling, electronics, and design services. As a strategic mentor on board, he is instrumental in steering the group toward its next big leap forward.
Before his roles at ChipEdge and Celton, Damodaran served as the Managing Director of SAFRAN Engineering Services India, leading a team of over 750 experts in aerospace and defense. He managed the Global Capability Center (GCC) for SAFRAN and collaborated with DRDO and HAL on key defense programs. Damodaran’s career began in 1990 at Ashok Leyland, after which he joined EASI, a Detroit-based engineering firm, overseeing offshore engineering services for clients in the U.S. and Europe.
Throughout his career, he has built offshore talent and services for global automotive, aerospace, and railway sectors, along with the Indian defense industry. Beginning as Director of Systems Design at SAFRAN, he played a pivotal role in major transnational projects such as Boeing’s B787 and Airbus’s A380 and A350, while also presenting innovative proposals for the Indian Defense HAL-Tejas fighter program. As a Senior Vice President, he concentrated on business development, strategy, innovation, and delivering engineering solutions. He specializes in digital transformations, ensuring that large businesses embrace the future while preserving their core legacy values.
Damodaran holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from CIT Sandwich Polytechnic and a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Systems & Information from BITS Pilani. He has completed executive programs at SAFRAN University, IIM Ahmedabad, and IIM Bangalore and is currently pursuing a PhD in Cognitive Artificial Intelligence at Christ University, Bangalore.
He is actively involved with SAE INTERNATIONAL and SAE INDIA, serving on the SAE INDIA Aerospace Board and the Management Committee, where he leads Branding, Marketing, Events, and Expositions.

Anish Cheriyan, PhD
Vice President - Harman Automotive, Harman
Anish Cheriyan has over two decades of experience with core expertise on product and platform software development. He is currently working in Harman Automotive as Vice President-Test.
He has wide experience in handling Products for Large Scale ICT and Automotive teams as a Quality, Cyber Security Expert, Agile/DevOps coach and as Engineering Leader. He has worked with large-scale organizations and the community towards Quality improvement and focus towards agility & deployment of modern software engineering practices.
Anish is a IEEE Senior member (only few members across the world are identified in IEEE based on the significant community contribution) and member of American Society for Quality (ASQ) & ASQ Bangalore LMC Chair for IT in Bangalore.
He had been an Active Volunteer for American Society of Quality, Agile Test Alliance and IEEE Bangalore, BSPIN where he has highly contributed towards creating awareness and sharing knowledge in the areas of Software for Industry 4.0 like IOT, Big Data, Cloud, AI/ML/VR etc.
He has provided leadership as Chair/Moderator for various conferences and conducted talks at forums like IEEE, ASQ, QCI and other international forums on topics related to Agile, Continuous Delivery, Quality and others.
Anish holds a Doctorate degree in Computer Science for his highly innovative research on NEW model for Quality Assurance in Continuous Delivery and DevOps. He also holds a patent in the field of product Quality.
Anish has authored the book on Running “Every Step Matters” (www.everystepmatters.in) which delves into the intricacies of maintaining consistency in running, transcending the barriers imposed by personal and professional commitments.
Anish is currently co-authoring a book along with his peers on “Software for Industry 4.0” which will provide a new way of looking into the software technologies and method behind Industry 4.0 and simplify the whole view.
