Speaker Profile

Prasanna Deshpande is a Manager of Automotive Industry Application Engineering Team with MathWorks India and specializes in the field of Automotive Electrification, Model-Based Design, and Automation. He and his team members closely work with Automotive OEMs, Suppliers, Start-ups, and Services in adopting Model-Based Design for system simulation, embedded code generation and real-time testing. Prasanna brings almost two decades of experience with various clients from the automotive industry. He has been a speaker at several conferences organized by industry organizations like SAE, ICAT and ARAI. He works closely with several accelerators and startups in helping them accelerate their product development. Prior to joining MathWorks, Prasanna was working as technical leader in the automotive group of KPIT Technologies Ltd. He has also worked as an assistant manager at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.
